HI I’M KIM

I was just a kid when I fell in love with fitness—or, more accurately, leotards and leg warmers! That early spark evolved into a lifelong passion for movement and using that to build strength and resilience.

Over the last thirty years of teaching classes and training clients, I’ve collected quite a few certifications and countless hours of experience. From Kripalu Yoga to Physical Mind Pilates, NASM personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach to pre- and post-natal fitness certifications. However, what outweighs all of that are the relationships I’ve built with my clients.

My ultimate mission is to help women live long, full, and independent lives. Building endurance and muscle has transformed my own life, helping me overcome injuries and ailments that could have been debilitating. Now, my greatest joy is empowering others to feel strong, proud, and at home in their bodies for decades to come.

My Approach

Movement is medicine.
Not because it changes how your body looks, but because it changes how you experience your life.

Every body has a story.
I meet you where you are—with curiosity, compassion, and a program designed specifically for you.

Strength isn't measured in pounds.
It's found in carrying groceries without pain, hiking with your family, recovering from illness, navigating loss, and trusting your body again.

Healing happens in community.
Whether we're lifting weights, practicing yoga, or sitting together in conversation, we grow stronger when we feel seen, supported, and connected.

  • Working with Kim was one of the best decisions I've made for myself. She has literally changed my life! I'm happier, fitter and feel better than I have in a long time.
